Terms of service

1. The service

A CRM that brings together your business's WhatsApp and Telegram conversations, remembers what matters about each contact, organises tasks and offers an AI assistant. It is meant for businesses and professionals, not for personal use.

2. Your account and your team

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what the users you invite do. Your business's administrator decides who gets in and with which role, and can remove access at any time.

3. WhatsApp and Telegram

• WhatsApp is connected by linking your account as a device, through a method that is not Meta's official API. WhatsApp may limit or block numbers it considers in breach of its terms.
• You decide which accounts you connect and you accept that risk. We are not liable for restrictions WhatsApp or Telegram apply to your accounts.
• You must comply with WhatsApp's and Telegram's terms of use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• send spam or bulk messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
• carry out illegal activities or share illegal content;
• try to access other businesses' data or bypass the service's limits;
• break the industry or advertising rules that apply to your activity.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, with prior notice unless the case is serious or urgent.

5. Your data

The data you bring into the CRM is yours. You allow us to process it only to provide the service to you.

When we process personal data on behalf of your business, we act as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR): we follow only your instructions, which are the ones you give by using the service; we require confidentiality from anyone with access; we apply the security measures described in the privacy policy; we use the providers listed there and will tell you before adding others; we help you respond to your contacts' rights; and when the service ends we delete the data.

Before closing your account you can ask us for a copy of your data.

6. Plans, payments and AI credits

• When you sign up you get a free 7-day trial with $10 of AI credits.
• Plans are monthly, paid in advance through Stripe and renew automatically. Prices are those published on the website and in Billing, and do not include any applicable taxes.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing › Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; partial periods are not refunded.
• Each plan includes a monthly amount of AI credits and you can top up. Each use of the AI deducts credits according to its consumption, which you can see in Billing and in My usage. Credits do not expire while the account is active, and they are not refundable or exchangeable for money.
• Without AI credits, or without a paid plan, AI and message sending are paused; you can still sign in and read.
• If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance.

7. Artificial intelligence

AI replies and summaries may contain mistakes. Review them before using them: you are responsible for what you send to your contacts.

8. Availability

We do what is reasonable to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted: there is maintenance and we depend on third parties such as WhatsApp, Telegram and AI providers.

9. Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event that causes it, and we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. This limitation does not apply to wilful misconduct, gross negligence or anything the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Closing and suspension

You can close your account at any time by writing to info@innerostech.com. We may suspend it for non-payment or breach of these terms. After closing we delete the data as the privacy policy explains.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change them materially, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. If you keep using the service afterwards, you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Estonian law, and any dispute will be settled by the courts of Tallinn (Estonia), without prejudice to the rights the law of your country grants you that cannot be excluded.
